Cancellation and Refund Policy for our Programs:
An 80% refund is applicable up to 7 days before the program's start date. No refunds will be granted thereafter. Please contact the program's coordinator within the stipulated time to initiate a refund request. Refunds for online payments will be processed with a processing time of up to 4 working days.
Refunds for offline payments, such as cash, will be processed exclusively through NEFT, with a processing time of up to 4 weeks.
Re-Registration Policy for Programs:
If unable to attend the initially registered program, a 15% re-registration fee applies for possible participation at a later date.
Re-registration is permissible within 6 months of the original program start date, subject to any fee adjustments. Re-registration is not applicable if the program is not scheduled within this timeframe.
